SERVICES & RATES:

• Aircon Servicing – General servicing of your aircon unit to keep it in tiptop shape. Prices start at S$40 for 1 unit for residential, S$50 for commercial clients.
• Aircon Chemical Wash – Chemical reagents are used to address tougher aircon issues. It costs S$80 per unit.
• Aircon Chemical Overhaul – A more detailed version of the chemical wash; The aircon unit and parts are removed for a more thorough cleaning. This service costs S$150 for 1 unit, S$280 for 2 units, and S$360 for 3 units. For 4 or more units, the price is S$120 per unit.
• Aircon Gas Top Up – The aircon unit is checked for leaks and refilled with coolant to keep its cool temperature. This helps your air conditioner to use less energy which saves you more money. R22 and R410 refrigerants are used depending on your unit. Top up for R22 costs S$60 to S$120, S$80 to S$150 for R410A.
• Aircon Repair – Troubleshooting and repair of your aircon unit for various problems
• Aircon Installation – Professional installation of different brands of aircon units based on industry standards
