RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with the product or it is defective, you can always exchange or return it. To return the product, first send an email; otherwise, the store will not fulfill your request. The exchange/return policy is only applicable to regularly priced items. Neonmello provides credit refunds only and deducts a $2 restocking fee. The product must have the tag and be packaged in its original transparent packaging; washed or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange. Neonmello does not allow returns or refunds on retail purchases. However, items can be exchanged within seven days.
Note: you can not cancel an order once it is confirmed. It is also nonrefundable.
