RETURN POLICY:
Osmose sends a return form with every parcel, which you can also download from their website. Sale items, intimates, and accessories can’t be exchanged, refunded, or returned. You must return the parcel within 14 days from the delivery date. Osmose only accepts unworn, unwashed items that also have a tag. Online orders can also be exchanged at any retail store (a valid order number is required).
