SERVICES & RATES
Part-time Maids / Regular Housekeeping

Based on your needs, you can choose weekly or fortnightly house cleaning service
Rates are S$16/hour on weekdays, S$17on weekends and S$20 on public holidays or weekday nights. (One time) agency fee is S$208 which includes 3 free replacements within 12 months.
A duration of minimum 4 hours is required for each cleaning session
Cleaners will receive cleaning equipment and materials from the customer’s side

Ad-hoc Cleaning

S$110 for 3-hour session
S$130 for 4-hour session
A surcharge of S$10 is applied if cleaning is done on weekend
Cleaners will receive cleaning equipment and materials from the customer’s side

Spring Cleaning

Only offered for houses below 800 sq ft
S$358 for a 8-hour session
Job scope: Cleaning all rooms, kitchen, balcony and furniture as well as ceiling lights and fans
All professional cleaning tools and equipment will be supplied by Domestic One

Pre-Moving/Post-Renovation Cleaning

Only offered for houses below 800 sq ft
S$308 for a 6-hour session
All professional cleaning tools and equipment are supplied by Domestic One

Office/Workspace Cleaning

Job scope: Vacuuming and mopping floor, wiping of tables and chairs, dusting of furniture and shelves, cleaning of pantry area and washing dishes, emptying trash bins and washing of bathrooms and toilets
Rates are S$15/hour on weekdays or S$18 on weekends and public holidays. (One time) agency fee is S$228 inclusive of 3 free replacements within 12 months.
Minimum 3 hours per session
Cleaners will receive cleaning equipment and materials from the customer’s side
