Commune Kitchen is a fully certified school that has acquired a reputation for offering affordable, interactive culinary experiences. It is headed by Chef Payal Thakurani who has been in the industry since 2012.
Chef Thakurani is both a culinary chef and author of the popular book “Curries for the Soul’. She has been a foodie since childhood and firmly believes that food is invaluable in bringing a family together.
Her chefs are warm and friendly, and among the classes on offer are Taiwanese cooking, traditional Srilankan food, the art of Xiao Long Bao, Indian curries, and other specialties.
