Decathlon is primarily a sports store that also sells winter clothes in Singapore. It offers durable clothing and equipment for winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, and hiking.

Decathlon was originally founded as a French family-owned business by Michel Leclercq in 1976. From its home base in Lille, France, the company has since expanded to over 2,000 stores in 70 countries worldwide and is considered one of the largest retailers of sporting goods in the world.

Decathlon opened its first store in Singapore in 2016 with Stephan Veyret as its CEO.
