CLEANING JOB SCOPE:

• Weekly regular house cleaning: Cleaning of Toilets; Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors; Folding and ironing of clothing; Cleaning of rooms and kitchen; Emptying of rubbish bins; Cleaning windows and grills when needed; Wiping of stove area
• Weekly regular office cleaning: Sweeping and vacuuming of all carpeted areas; Mopping of all tiled areas; Dusting exteriors of all furniture; Clearing wastepaper baskets; Cleaning of all bathrooms (if any); Cleaning of pantry area (if any); Washing of cups, clear lunch boxes; Wiping of all glass panels and doors; Cleaning of window interior; General cleaning of all rooms; Cleaning of lift landing and stairway (if any)

PRICES:
Weekly regular cleaning (4 hours package)

• Once a week: S$416
• Twice a week: S$828 onwards
• Thrice a week: S$1278 onwards
• Saturday/Sunday: S$20 additional per session
• Additional hour: S$30 nett
