Being a restaurant, Kong Kee does have plenty of dishes listed on its menu. The restaurant specializes in seafood, particularly Giant Grouper, but is more famous for its KL Hokkien Mee. So, Kong Kee is the go-to place of customers who are looking to satiate their cravings for the said noodle dish.

What people like:

Authentic KL style Hokkien Mee: This dish is not your typical yellow and white noodle but the inspiration is primarily derived from Kuala Lumpur’s cuisine. Thus, the thick noodles are darker in color soaked in dark soy sauce and then topped with chunks of crispy lard. What are more? All the ingredients as well as the chef are imported from KL. So this could be the closest version of KL Hokkien mee that you can find in Singapore.
Restaurant setting; laid back ambiance: In a restaurant setting, you can relax and enjoy the foods to your heart’s content. There’s an air conditioned dining space indoors, where small groups of people can enjoy a communal dining experience.

NOTE: A generous amount of crispy pork lard is mixed teasingly in the black noodles, which is great for those who really love lard in their Hokkien Mee.
