Lynette Foo started Palate Sensations from her home in 2005. A Ministry of Education (MOE) registered instructor, Foo holds a Diplome de Cuisine (French Cuisine) and a certificate in Asian pastry from the Bakery Industry Training College (BITC) amongst other credentials.
She is backed by a qualified, experienced team whose goal is to equip learners with principles and techniques that will enhance their skills. Palate Sensations caters to beginners in addition to offering chef’s courses.
