At the helm of the clinic is its owner Dr Huang Zhixiong, a graduate of Melbourne University. He has been working in small animal practice since 2009 and specializes in feline medicine, surgery, and ultrasonography. He has 2 dogs and 4 cats.

The head of the house-call practice is Dr Kim Koh, who also graduated from Melbourne University in 2009. She is the proud owner of 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a horse.
