Vetpal is ideal for busy owners as it offers ‘at home’ veterinary care. The clinic does not operate from a physical location; however, it extends its services to all parts of Singapore including Sentosa. Established in September 2019, the house call vet service is a brainchild of Dr Chua Hui Li whose goal was to take away the stress of commuting from pet parents.
Vetpal offers attentive and personalized service in the comfort of your home and has installed a digital system that allows owners to access their pet records when they need them.
Highlights:
Since Vetpal does not have a clinic, their operational costs are low, hence they are able to charge reasonable consultation fees
Vetpal offers nursing services such as pain and wound management, all in the comfort of your home
Nurses are also available to offer syringe feeding for pets that are unable to eat on their own
Prescribed medication will be delivered to you
After the visit, the vet will send you an e-mail with a summary of the consultation and treatment plan
