At the Singapore Heart Foundation it’s all about health. The Singapore Heart Foundation in association with the American Heart Association and World Heart Federation launched the Go Red for Women Campaign as part of its project to get women empowered with the knowledge and tools they need to decrease their risks of cardiovascular disease.
As part of the Mother’s Day celebration, these foundations will be holding the Healthy Mummy, Healthy Family Symposium. This will be a highly enlightening event featuring speaking sessions by health experts. Women who will be attending this event will be hearing about great heart and body care tips from a cardiologist and dietician among other health experts. There would also be interactive activities and sessions plus a half-day event of a lucky draw and buffet lunch.
One of the special highlights of the event will be the Hearty Bento Workshop by the renowned Singapore bento artist, Shirley Wong. This workshop is limited to 60 seats so it’s better to get your tickets on time if you’re thinking of attending.
