This four-part food adventure series is headlined by Tiffany Wee, naturopath, nutritionist, and mindful eating teacher. The Tea Menu is the fourth and final session of this series where participants will learn more about the wonders and health benefits of drinking tea. Participants will get to taste different kinds of tea at the end of the session. Free goodie bags will also be given to all attendees.
Tiffany Wee is a Singapore-born Australia-trained naturopath who founded Mind Body Shine. Her interest in wellness started when she worked as a resident writer for a holistic magazine 20 years ago. She is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and pursued naturopathic studies in Australia. Since 2005, she has worked with different international wellness centres including Chiva Som Thailand, Conrad Maldives, ESPA, Verita, and Balanced Living.
Being a much sought-after nutrition speaker in Singapore, Tiffany Wee has presented on various nutrition topics for top corporate clients like Aveda, Metro, ION Orchard, PayPal, and TripAdvisor. She also writes regularly for RUN magazine and ElevenAsia. She runs a busy private practice where she specializes in mindful eating and weight management.
